From Your Freezer to Your Table

Defrost
Set the package in the fridge to defrost, preferably overnight.

Rise
Place rolls in a baking pan, cover, and proof in the oven with the light on. 1–2 hours for chewy rolls, 3–4 hours for fluffy pull-apart rolls.

Bake at 325°
Remove from oven, preheat to 325°F, then bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden.

Rest & Frost
Cover and let rest 5–10 minutes, then uncover, spread the frosting, and enjoy!

While in prison, Casey Vanderhoef made a decision: to rebuild his life around the things that truly matter — his faith, his family, and creating joy through food. He had a vision to create the greatest cinnamon roll in the history of the world. Not just a good one. Something that could bring light into people's lives, even if just for a bite.
He wrote about it. He dreamed about it. He refined it long before it ever existed in a kitchen. Today, that vision is a reality.
